1.Marinade tiger prawns for 30 minutes

2.Turn to high heat and sauté prawns with marinade quickly, therefore, your prawns will stay juicy and crunchy.

3.Spoon sour cream over toast/cracker and top with prawns and Italian parsley. Sprinkle with Spanish paprika and serve.

Ingredients (serving size: 6)
-Tiger Prawns, 6 pieces, de-shelled, washed, dried and de-veined
-Melba toast or your choice of cracker, 6 pieces
-Sour cream, about ½ teaspoon per toast
-Italian parsley, for garnishing
-Spanish paprika, ½ tablespoon

Tiger Prawns Marinade
-Sea salt flakes, to taste
-Freshly grounded black pepper, to taste
-Spanish paprika, 1 teaspoon
-Garlic, 2 cloves, finely diced
-Onion, 2 pieces, finely diced
